About the facility
At the foot of the Old Kosutnjak, in a quiet place, away from the city noise and yet affordable for anyone who wants to be close to urban developments, there is a hotel Slodes. This 3 star hotel opened in December 2006 year, offers its guests an oasis of peace and friendly staff welcomes guests with a warm smile. Hotel location is also convenient for those who come to the city by bus or train, because the main railway and bus station are easily reached. The hotel also offers: -24h-reception -international restaurant -summer garden -sports center -city tour Business services: in addition to photocopying and fax services there are courier and translation services. In front of the hotel is parking space (60 places) with a 24-time physical control, and behind hotel there is smaller parking space (30 places) with video surveillance. Slodes also owns its own buses (19 and 27 seats) that may offer for use for its guests. The hotel has a restaurant with a homely atmosphere. On the menu of the restaurant are specialties of international cuisine that can be ordered every day between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. Restaurant hall can be divided for presentations, conferences, private celebrations or intimate dinners. In front of the hotel is a pleasant summer garden where guests can also be served. Working hours of the restaurant is from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm. Cocktail bar at Slodes is a pleasant place to socialize at free time, to read daily newspaper, to chat with a friend with a drink. Small hall, big hall, audio-visual and other technical equipment, organizing celebrations, business lunches, seminars ... (20-300 guests) as well as a photographer may be organized by professionally and friendly staff. Also, Slodes offer special services for sports teams, as well as two sports courts and fully equipped wellness center. Sports center Slodes has its own parking lot from which guests can directly enters to hall or hotel. The building is physically connected with the hotel to provide unique comfort for sports teams staying at the hotel. Big hall: size 50m*30m, covered with parquet flooring, with goals and basketball basket and volleyball net, also has a tribunes for an audience of about 2,000 seats, two scoreboards, sound system, four dressing rooms with more showers for the team and the locker room for two additional judges. There is also a press box that allows cooperation with the media. Lighting meets the standards prescribed for television recording and lighting standards for the majority of European competitions in indoor sports. Small hall: size 30m*15m with mini goals, points and volleyball net, two dressing rooms with showers. This room does not have tribunes of semaphore, not intended for organizing the league matches. Aerobic hall of about 100m2 with dressing rooms, showers, natural ventilation... offers group exercise. There are also Zumba Fitness, Belly Dance, Aikido, Yoga, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Hour of Power, Tendoryu Aikido, Super Lady, Top Form... Sports teams and school: handball (handball team for women was established in 1992 and since then has participated in numerous competitions), basketball (KK Slodes - basketball club from Belgrade), indoor soccer (club was founded in 2005). Completely equipped gym where you can train with professional instructors - individually, in groups or through guided practice all in a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.
