The Concept of MONUMENT restaurants is distinctly planned according to the needs of particular region, based on authentic menu, fast and quality service, good atmosphere and entertainment. The brand was created with knowledge arising from twenty years of experience gained through a wide range of urban catering activities. The brand name comes from the historical monuments "Milos bath" - a Turkish bath built within Savamala castle of Prince Milos Obrenovic - located within the first café-restaurant Monument. Popularizing the concept of cultural monuments in its restaurants, gives them a special brand content and provides a natural fit in any environment. Restaurant Monument menu is based on the original Mediterranean cuisine. Using only natural provisions and spices expressly treated thermally, we obtain meals rich in minerals and vitamins with the unforgettable aroma. Applying the concept of healthy nutrition, we single out from our menu a great selection of salads, which present a perfect combination for ideal meal according to their energy value and weight, as well as the attractive recipe. There is also a great variety of pastas, pizzas, meat dishes, fish specialties and desserts in our offer along with salads. Wines In Monument wine offer, we strive to select the most famous world wine regions. We single out a huge variety of red and white wines, as well as sparkling and dessert wines. In our wine part of the restaurant, we serve exclusive wines per glass from the enomatic wine dispenser. Along with wine tasting, we also offer a special assortment of meals and quality cheese and smoked ham (prosciutto). Confectionery-café part In addition to a great variety of coffee, specific features of our offer are reflected in freshly squeezed juices (mixtures of different fruit and vegetables), as well as the fruit plate (a mix of fruit with honey, ice-cream or chocolate). All sweets are made of fresh groceries. Every cake, pastry, filling and cream is prepared upon the original recipes from the various Mediterranean regions with the addition of “MONUMENT FLAVOUR”.
