About the facility
In early 2005. year., ethno restaurant "Cardak" received its first guests. The restaurant does not have live music. However, a few times at the insistence of guests, have played some bands, but the concept of the restaurant is based on selected, high quality music from the speakers. The design of everyday musical atmosphere, connoisseurs have access to a collection of 2,000 CDs, old folk, old tambourine and music that can be heard loud enough and at the same time do not interfere and do not mind talking and sharing thoughts. "Cardak" has 200 seats, arranged inside and outside. Inside, next to a large bar, set a little lower for better communication with guests, on beams under the roof rafters, a number of separea in which the warmth and convenience complement the old iris and embroidered hangings. Outside, above a large veranda paved with old bricks, there are arched terrace with pillars, offering a beautiful view of the water mill set over a pond located between the fence and the porch of the suitors. Tables and chairs are wooden, but different and skillfully blended, walls deliberately rough and bear plenty of old furniture and cupboards, which is crockery and cutlery. The decor consists of some corners and old radios. Plates are ceramic, as well as containers for salt and pepper, napkin holders. Old half glass door with a colorful curtain separating the toilet from the hall, while the male and female toilets enters through the old gate, which the authenticity of a little squeak. However, hygiene and sanitation is excellent. Front of the gate courtyard there is parking for about 20 cars, and guests at any moment they can see their pet on wheels. How do we see the future: The building itself is complete and there is no need to upgrade or change something. Of course this does not mean that the future will not improve in all areas related to the business hospitality. The following properties are planning to build wooden houses for the night with wooden beds and mattresses, garden with vegetables and a small zoo. Who likes to be instead of the noise roosters crowing and the smell of homemade bread, let them go.
