Apartments "Lazar Lux" is situated in the center of Belgrade, near important institutions. Categorized with four stars, "Lazar Lux" is one of the exclusive facilities, the capacity of 26 units. Apartments are different structures: from studios to apartments with two bedrooms. Apartments D1 and D2 are designed for one room one person, have a sofa to sleep on. Apartments A1, D3, D4, SP1, SP2, measuring between 17 and 21 m2 with a double bed and are intended to stay for two adults. Apartment SP3 area of 57 m2 consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa and can accommodate three people. In addition to a bathroom with a spa bath, this suite has a sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Apartments A2 i SPR1 for four persons, have a double bed and a sofa. Apartments A3, A4, S11, S12, SPR2 consist of a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, can accommodate four adults. Apartments S10, S13, S14, S15, S16, S6, S9, in addition to bedrooms and living rooms have a terrace and can accommodate four adults. Apartments S3 and S7 have a living room, two bedrooms, a terrace and are designed for six people, while the apartments S5 and S8 have the same capacity terrace. Each unit has a hydro massage shower, fire alarm system, wireless internet, mini bar, iron, ironing board, television in all rooms, safe, scales, espresso maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, toiletries (shampoo, soap , shower gel, toothbrush with toothpaste, razor with shaving foam, comb, shower cap, sanitary set), sewing kit and shoe cleaning, first aid kit, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels that are changed on a daily basis, slippers.
