About the facility
Vacation in the mountains only 95 km south of Belgrade. This beautiful country home near the town of Belanovica, sits at an altitude of about 400m on the gradual slopes of Mount Rudnik in the small village Dragolj. The mountain retreat is 800 square feet with about 2.5 acres of land; located only 200 meters from the main road, yet has complete privacy. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in both summer and winter months. Vila Kikovi can be rented for any occasion; a weekend, extended holiday, New Year’s Eve celebration, May 1st and any other holiday or for a school outing. It’s ideal for a family or a group as a quick escape from big city crowds and life’s fast pace. It is also ideal for organizing birthday parties or any other special occasions. Vila Kikovi is fully equipped with many modern conveniences. It has a satellite TV and wireless internet connection. There is stereo, cd and hi-fi music output devices, and a mini-bar. The house consists of a fully equipped small kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with shower on the upper level of the home with a kitchen and bathroom with a shower on the lower level There is a large terrace and patio on two levels where there are many picnic style tables with benches and two barbecues. Belanovica, a small town with several good well stocked stores, a bakery and butcher shop is located just 4 kilometers away. During winter, there is the possibility of sledding and cross country skiing on the slopes surrounding Vila Kikovi. In summer, there’s swimming at the nearby public swimming pool of Belanovica. There are spectacular views and a beautiful landscape out on the surrounding hills and meadows which presents an excellent opportunity for those who truly enjoy hiking. For the cooking enthusiasts, you can cook cabbage, beans, soup, stew, etc. at your leisure using the outdoor barbecue with the provided dishes.
