About the facility

Winery "Maurer", in Hajdukovo, near Subotica, was founded in 1916. In the winery are grown indigenous varieties such as kevedinka, bakator, sremska holly, medenac white, Slankamenka, kadarka, wild brunette etc. Vineyard hoe hand, does not use any artificial fertilizers, in other words, everything is organic. Maturation of wine is done naturally with wild yeast. The vine is grown on 15 hectares, of which six hectares in Hajdukovo, in Sremski Karlovci nine hectares. Visits to the winery by appointment.
