All apartments-rooms have a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils, mini bar with refrigerator, telephone with direct dialing, TV with over 50 terrestrial and satellite channels, each accommodation unit has its own color, which along with air conditioning and balcony allows for a comfortable and conditions carefree vacation. Within the modern building "Sumadia" visitors of apartments are able to visit the dentist, perfumeries, boutiques, banks, and insurance.
